Terms & ConditionsData Protection Policy (GDPR) Fudge at Home will use the acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as the GDPR Opt-In Consent to sending us your personal data to allow us to process your order, we have an option to Consent to be added to our mailing list. Information we will collect to process your order: IP Address, Name, Address, Telephone, Email, Date of Transaction, Order Details, Shipping name and address if different. Payment information is held with our Third Party Payment provider Realex which is total separate from the website and we have no access to. Option to Double Opt-In to email marketing list using Mailchimp. Who has access to your personal data: Fudge at Home, Mailchimp, Website. We do use Google Analytics on this site. You can lodge a data subject access request: You can request your shopping account and history for it to be transferred or deleted by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org How long will we hold your personal data: We will hold your account details and purchase history for as long as you are a customer. We will contact you every 12 months to see if you would like to stay a customer. We will never share / sell / rent your Personal Data with any third party (delivery is by Royal Mail). You have the option to Double Opt-In to our Mailchimp Mailing List which has an unsubscribe option. All purchase invoices / delivery notes will be held in our accounts for at least the 6 years of records that we need to keep by law. GDPR Consent will be held for as long as required by law.
Terms & Conditions When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an order confirmation. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days after we receive the returned goods. You are responsible for the cost of return postage and cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Delivery Schedule Orders are dispatched within 3 days of purchase. Dispatches are made Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Standard Delivery. In the UK our products are sent by 2nd class Royal Mail. Heavier orders may be posted using standard 3-5 day delivery – If this is the case then you will be notified prior to postage. Postage Price Upto £25.00 = £4.25 £25 to £50.00 = £2.25 Over £50.00 = FREE Only one delivery address is available per order. For more than one delivery address please place separate orders.
